As a licensed fiduciary in the state of Arizona, Alliance Fiduciary is authorized to act under Superior Court appointment as Guardian, Conservator, Personal Representative or Trustee, and is entitled to charge a fee for the provision of these services. We do so with the highest level of service and a focus on the specific needs of the individual and the families.
Guardianship & Conservatorship
If an individual is unable to make decisions regarding their own welfare and basic needs, Alliance Fiduciary can provide guardianship and conservatorship services to manage their medical and financial decisions respectively, in accordance with the court’s appointment.
Trustee
Trust administration is a crucial aspect of safeguarding the instructions within a trust and ensuring that a private fiduciary, such as Alliance Fiduciary, follows the specific directions of the trust grantor. Trusts are unique tools that require proper administration to ensure that the grantor’s wishes are carried out.
Personal Representative - Executor
In our role as Personal Representative, we follow the court-ordered procedures for managing a deceased person’s estate. We comply with the terms outlined in the decedent’s Last Will and Testament, which includes managing the distribution of the decedent’s assets, allocating and disbursing beneficiary inheritances, negotiating and settling final debts, filing certified agent returns for final tax assessments, and formally closing the estate with the court.
Power Of Attorney
In our role as Power of Attorney, we adhere to the specific terms outlined in the durable medical or financial power of attorney document that you have already completed. We are prepared to act on behalf of the principal in the event of their incapacity or disability, often without the need for a complete guardianship or conservatorship process. We stand ready to transact on behalf of the principal and fulfill their needs in accordance with the terms specified in the power of attorney instrument.
Va Federal Fiduciary
Alliance offers VA federal fiduciary services In the event that we are notified by a Veterans Administrative Services Field Representative that a U.S. Veteran requires support and we are appointed as the Federal Fiduciary to act as the veteran’s payee. ALLIANCE FIDUCIARY has been commissioned by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to provide this service as a Federal Fiduciary. Our role involves serving as the designated payee for veterans who require our support.
Accounting Services
Alliance can provide support to family members who are appointed by the Court as Conservators or Trustees and who may face challenges in meeting the rigorous financial reporting requirements. While there are more family members serving as Conservators than Licensed Fiduciaries, they may find it difficult to prepare accurate accountings that meet the standards set by the Arizona Superior Court. The Alliance can help by providing an accounting that meets these requirements.
Likewise, family members who act as Trustees may also have a duty to provide annual accountings to beneficiaries of a Trust. In such cases, the Alliance can also assist in preparing these accountings to ensure compliance with reporting standards.
Care Management
Alliance Fiduciary offers care management services to assist individuals who are able to live independently but require help obtaining and overseeing necessary services. Our team regularly monitors the effectiveness of ancillary services and assesses any changes in the individual’s needs to ensure that they receive appropriate and comprehensive care.
Consultation & Coordination
Alliance Fiduciary provides consultation and coordination services to families who require assistance with guardianship and conservatorship but are unfamiliar with local community-based services. Our team acts as a contact and service coordinator for family members who reside out of the area, ensuring that they are informed and involved in the decision-making process. We are committed to providing comprehensive support to families during times of uncertainty and ensuring that their loved ones receive the care they deserve.
